OUR POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We want to ensure that your kids have the best possible time with us and that you feel confident in leaving them in our care, knowing they will be safe and loved. 

 

As part of our commitment to you and to ensure the best possible practices are implemented in everything we do, we have a number of policies and procedures that govern all our work.

 

Each of these policies can be viewed below and we welcome your input on any of them. Each policy is reviewed annually by our committee and every member of our staff and volunteer team are expected to adhere to these at all times.
